Nope. I have 14 year old boy and an 11 year old girl with this same affliction. The 11 year old is better about homework, but makes up for it in attitude.

Take the computer away and the remote. Tell him if he doesn't shower you will bathe him yourself. I don't know what it is about that age but kids suddenly become allergic to soap and water. It's not just boys. My daughter was the same way.

Why not set some boundaries.... *Each evening after homework, showers, chores, etc., you may spend your remaining free time as you wish (tv, computer, video games, etc.) until bedtime* ??
