If you’re using google chrome, tap the 3 little dots at the top and choose request mobile site. If you are on the mobile site then tap request desktop site, go back, and request mobile site again.

Thank you for working on it! I know it's not easy to take care of a site. I don't seem to be having any trouble this morning.

IDK I've never used another theme. This is the one that's easiest for me to read.

I’m moving this over to help desk. If anyone is still having problems, please leave a comment with what style you are using and if you did the troubleshooting.
