My kiddo will be fine all year and not get sick. Christmas break hits and she gets sick. Bronchitis- strep- double ear infections or something but every single year. I thought we were going to be safe this year since we made it through Chrisrmas. Nope. She woke up today with the flu. She has never had the flu before. I just want one year where she doesn’t get sick or hurt at Christmas.

If you or your spouse is a Vet, check out this link. They offer really cheap tickets to local events and concerts. I have done a lot of cool stuff through them.

I have one who does the same thing every year. I think they run themselves ragged and when they finally get some downtime their immune system takes a break too.

My kiddo broke her hand one Christmas. The next day she woke up with pink eye.

Bummer. Do you get a flu shot every year? You should.

Hope she feels better soon

Last time I had it I had a severe adverse reaction. She had a mild reaction the first time she got it so we have been advised against it. This is the first time she has ever had it.

More than one of her doctors. We have asked several times and since her reaction was mild the first time they say it could be worse the second time.
