She's got ten school aged kids, they probably help with a lot of the cleaning.

And obviously money since she's homeschooling, they play music instruments and are in every activity known to man. But God bless her I'd shoot myself if I homeschool at all never mind ten boys. I'd be doing Thelma and Louise into the sunset lol.
