I swam laps slowly for an hour today. Then I did intervals where I held onto the side of the pool and kicked as hard as I could for about a minute.
(I don't want to check in with my weight...that's embarrassing. But I figured we could also keep each other motivated with a workout thread.)

I did my laps again yesterday but only got about 20 minutes in before I had to leave. I made sure to do my intervals, though, and I can feel it in my butt today!

I think I would really like spin class. I am going to try it when I start making bank again.
I feel like my bottom, inner thighs, and hamstrings are always sore!mrsmacgiver wrote: ↑Sat Jun 30, 2018 10:41 pm I did my laps again yesterday but only got about 20 minutes in before I had to leave. I made sure to do my intervals, though, and I can feel it in my butt today!
My schedule is if not doing something I try to go to the gym every Monday Wednesday Friday and Saturday for Barre and zumba. I also go sometimes on Tuesday or Thursday for yoga, barre or step aerobics. I also walk the dog and when its not summer I hike in the mountains/woods. I am scared of snakes and ticks so no hiking in summer for me.

I got my one hour of laps in today. I was going slow on laps but went hard on intervals. I could FEEL IT in my butt today! Plus, I've been doing a lot of walking. Feeling good!

Nice job with the consistency! You are doing great I started a new fitnessblender workout program today. I did a 30 min cardio video and an ab workout afterwards.

I had a few more work outs I didn't add, but I haven't worked out since probably early last week. Just being honest, lol. We had a crazy week last week. Anyway, I just got back from a one mile walk with the doggies.
