Quite a few non-pandemic allocations of funds in the GOP bill. I believe there was also money for WH remodeling stuck in there at one point. I know FLOTUS proposed re-doing the Rose Garden - a high priority while people are out of work and dying.
But the GOP legislation contains a number of provisions not directly related to the coronavirus, including $1.8 billion for construction of a new FBI headquarters in Washington. President Trump has taken a personal interest in this project, but White House officials have not stipulated why they believe the language needed to be inserted in the coronavirus bill. Critics have alleged Trump is trying to keep the FBI building at its current location, which is diagonal from a Trump hotel property in downtown D.C.
“That’s a good question,” said Senate Appropriations Chairman Richard C. Shelby (R-Ala.), when asked what the FBI project had to do with the coronavirus. He said the administration had sought its inclusion.
It also includes tax credits to encourage businesses to hire and retain workers, and increased business deductions for meals and entertainment.
Under a measure spearheaded by Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.), the legislation also offers a 100 percent deduction on business meals through the end of 2020 — a measure Trump has boosted as a way to encourage people to support hard-hit restaurants. Experts have pointed out few businesses are paying for their employees to eat out during the pandemic.

You should really worry about Nancy Pelosi's $3.4T HEROES Act. $1T of it has nothing to do with covid.
Some of her goodies....bailout state pension funds, pay offs to her cronies, direct checks to illegal immigrants, tax relief "bailout" for high earners in CA and NY.
She also opposes any protection for businesses, restaurants, salons, any business from being sued if someone claims they got COVID from their establishment or work place. What business is going to be open to the public or place of employment is going to employ anyone if they can get sued because someone claims they got COVID from such a place. The only people that is going to help is the gazillions of lawyers who will happily file lawsuits that have no real basis.
A few days ago Trump offered to extend the unemployment benefits for two more weeks while they hash this whole mess out.
Pelosi said "NO".
