I found out yesterday that thanks to our never ending close down our public pool isn't opening this summer. I haven't told my kids yet, they are going to be so bummed. We're not rich enough to have our own in ground pool unfortunately. But our local pool was perfect for us and never crowded.

Basically, summer is cancelled. I will definitely miss going to the county fair with my grands, especially as the baby is big enough now to ride the little baby rides. The older ones love riding the rides, seeing the animals, playing the games... all the fun! This has been a tradition in my family since my oldest was an infant. No, even longer than that, I remember going as a kid with MY grandma... I may have to find out if the amusement parks are gonna be open, and get everyone to take a day off to go to one of those. I hate crowds, but I need to do something this summer and the garden won't take every single day.
