All this quarantine has me in need of a good book. I am somewhat picky, so I really need to enjoy a book to keep reading. Some of my favorite authors are Gillian Flynn and Jodi Picoult. I enjoy true crime books, mysteries, psychological thrillers, things like that. I don't enjoy nonfiction, historical fiction, science fiction, fanfics, utopias, dystopias, or alternate societies, apocalyptic stuff, etc.

Anyone have any suggestions? :)

I’m a huge Agatha Christie fan! And I turned my 16 year old into one too after I gave him “And Then There Were None”. He got hooked 😁

I have a kindle, so I pick my books based off if I am attracted to the title, cover, and blurb. Plus I read multiple genres.

All mine were too, lol.

Jefferson Bass body farm series are good crime fiction.

I most recently read The Alienist. It’s really good but is historical crime fiction.

I finished one book about Anne Boleyn a few weeks ago and I am currently half-way through a book from James Patterson..."The First Lady"...which is fantastic.
