the angel is still sitting in the same spot it has always been in the picture. On the floor , her bible was on a table in the living room.

I grew up in a family of fire fighters.
This type of burn sequence is not unusual, at all.
You should google how often books (like a bible) survive fires.
People love the unknown though and love to feel like it's other worldly.
I don't see anything that can't be explained in this pic.
