I'm actually still a bit confused as to how the principal not talking to you has anything to do with this story. I mean if she had talked to you even once would your reaction had been the same?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say she won't bother with an update.

My kids’ school just called me because my son got into a verbal argument with a friend.

It doesn’t mean that I’m a shit parent
It doesn’t mean he’s not a good kid (he gets great great, is athletic and per the principal he’s considered a leader in the school). It means that my good son isn’t perfect. He’s 14 and can like his mom lose his shit on occasion.

The call was an FYI and no one was in trouble.

The point... kids aren’t going to be perfect.
