As far as the gender issue and who wears it best/worst, I think BOTH genders can share those labels.

Does anyone remember Cher's get-up that she wore for a video about 20 some odd years ago? She looked amazing but her outfit did cause quite the stir back then..

My husband had/has a huge crush on Cher all the way back to when she and Sonny first broke out, becoming the sensation they became.
