How much down time

i don't get much, but I homeschool. I'm with the minions basically all the time.

In an ideal world, I would like about 3 hours a day Of uninterrupted time for me to groom, meditate, exercise, plan, and play.

I do not get that though, more like a fragmented 1 hours, as people yell at me as I get ready, lol. And then if I exercise, that is another hour, but the weather has been to cold for even that.
