Usman Khan was convicted on terrorism charges but let out of prison early. He attended a “Learning Together” conference for ex-offenders, and used the event to launch a bloody attack, stabbing two people to death and wounding three others.

And look at this. One of the victims was named. He was the terrorist's counselor.
Jack Merritt, 25, was a course coordinator at Learning Together, which organised the prison rehabilitation conference attended by Usman Khan before his deadly rampage on Friday afternoon.
