Nah - for the most part we have morality clauses about sleeping with enrolled students too.

Apparently though in VIC there is a law that states if a man believes a minor to be over 16, he can be acquitted of a stat rape charge. Apparently it's happening to a 12yo right now who he claims looked 21.

Really. Teach your daughter not to sleep with her teachers. He wasn't her teacher, and she made the choice to do it. I feel bad for his wife. She's the one that is getting the bad end of the deal here.
