We were keto for a while and just went off of it a little over a week ago. I promised one kiddo falafel so I made that, then the other kiddo begged for beer cheese soup, then Dh begged for chili. I made the beer cheese soup last week so this week was chili. Dh was very excited that it was his turn for his request last night. LOL
