In perhaps the most blatant example of Fascism and unconstitutional government overreach, a State Rep from Boston has proposed legislation that would outlaw the word “bitch.”

From the Bill:
(c) A person who uses the word “bitch” directed at another person to accost, annoy, degrade or demean the other person shall be considered to be a disorderly person in violation of this section, and shall be subject to the penalties provided in subsections (a) and (b). A violation of this subsection may be reported by the person to whom the offensive language was directed at or by any witness to such incident.
(b) Disorderly persons and disturbers of the peace shall, for a first offense, be punished by a fine of not more than $150. For a second or subsequent offense, disorderly persons and disturbers of the peace shall be punished by imprisonment in a jail or house of correction for not more than 6 months or by a fine of not more than $200 or by both such fine and imprisonment
Rep. Hunt tweeted the following:
“One of the responsibilities of all Representatives is to serve as a conduit for direct petitions from our constituents to the General Court. It’s a long-held tradition that gives every Massachusetts resident a voice inside the halls of the State House and a chance to raise their personal interests before the legislature. While this specific instance may amuse some and alarm others, it remains an important process for self-representation.”

Hahah. That's illegal and violates the 1st Amendment. Localities have already tried to make lewd language (F bomb, etc.) illegal and the Supreme Court ruled the laws unconstitutional.

Lol. Love the first comment below the article. It says "FIRST Amendment bitch!" lol.

Stupid waste of taxpayer's money. It's gonna get thrown out by the first judge that it comes to.
