California is a disaster
It's very odd to me that the first 3 pages is people blaming this all on me and the next 3 people actually understand what I'm saying.
If she is, she may be the smart one. Probably safer under that rock!

My sympathy goes out to all the Californians that are being affected by these fires.
That said, I visited CA a couple years ago. Loved some of the scenery (re: Lake Tahoe). But based on my short visit to LA and what many of my CA friends say about the state, you couldn't pay me to live there.
In all fairness to the state, I'm sure there are areas that are absolutely beloved by their residents.
