Since we’re looking into it and all... Does our electoral college work the way the founding fathers intended it to work?
I’m sorry, the correct answer was “ No, there have been many changes in who is allowed to vote, how votes are counted, and even as recently as July of this year some states have adopted the NPVIC that will dramatically affect how the electoral college elects the president and Vice President in the future”
It's official: Hillary suffers from dementia

Liberal scam? It’s been adopted by 15 states with the notion that every vote should matter as much as the next vote.KnotaDinghy wrote: ↑Thu Oct 10, 2019 5:36 pmThe NPVIC is a liberal scam to diminish republican votes. I’ll make this as simple as possible.
If this is true and more people voted in more election districts for her, she would be in the White House today. Our election system is based on the winning of electors by district.
Our process can be easily found with a simple Google search. Especially since this is taught in 5th grade.
LOL. You need to do some research. This wasn't the first time a candidate won the popular vote but lost the electoral college. The system is flawed. The electoral college doesn't belong in a modern democracy. It needs to go.
That’s funny
How so?

Exactly the scam - right there. The notion that every vote counts yet if your state votes for the republican candidate, it will be wiped out and the Democrat candidate will always win because of California and New York. Therefore there will never again be a Republican President.ReadingRainbow wrote: ↑Thu Oct 10, 2019 5:40 pmLiberal scam? Scam. Bait and switch that appears you have fallen for hook, line and sinker.
As someone who has voted across party lines numerous times, I can see this is not a fair system. It is pathetic they can push their message and people are naive and believe it possible. The electoral college is the only fair system allowing a balance.

What would give you the notion that California or New York would never vote republican again?
California voting record:
New York voting record:
The scam is people believing that because each of those states have a large population, they only vote one way, therefore only one party can win. That is absolutely false. History has PROVEN that both of those states have voted both ways and if the rest of the country voted differently than those two states that candidate would win.
One nation, one president, one vote per person... may the best man/woman win.

It doesn't matter what party a candidate belongs to. Each person's vote should count equally. To say otherwise goes against everything democracy stands for. To insist on all votes being equal is the exact opposite of communism and any dictator's regime.
Before you ask, I've voted for Republican presidential candidates and I probably will again. Not in 2020 though.
