That’s exactly it. MIL sounds like she wants to play house and be mommy for two months.Anonymous 10 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 20, 2019 4:39 am I can't even imagine wanting to stay with any of my kids for two weeks, much less two months. I raised them. They can raise their own. I can finally take off and do what I like. I want to be Gram, not mommy.

That this story is BS bc if any part of her argument is strapped finances-like she can't afford a hotel-she wouldn't have wasted money on a plane ticket when you were saying no. Why would she take that financial risk?Anonymous 1 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 22, 2019 3:54 pmWhat is your point?noitsmebecky wrote: ↑Sun Sep 22, 2019 3:51 pmRight...Anonymous 1 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 5:06 pm

A plane ticket wasnt a financial risk. Tickets are $50 from where she is to here. She isnt strapped financially but that doesnt mean she has the money to spend thousands of dollars on a hotel room.noitsmebecky wrote: ↑Sun Sep 22, 2019 4:09 pmThat this story is BS bc if any part of her argument is strapped finances-like she can't afford a hotel-she wouldn't have wasted money on a plane ticket when you were saying no.
