There’s a food plan that counts macros and going to the gym 3 days a week.
I’m a little overwhelmed but excited to get started.
Even if I don’t lose a pound, I know the bootcamp workouts are great for my mood.

I really should be going to the gym or SOMETHING, but.....no time or energy for it after I get through my day....
