My DD babysat last night from 10 PM -6AM. The kids were asleep for most of it but one was an infant and woke up twice. There were four kids. The infant and another were up at 5:30. They paid her $25.

I think that is super low. DD has babysat for them many times and has always been paid $15/hour even when the kids were asleep. It has also never been overnight. Usually the latest is midnight.

That does sound low it sounds like they only paid her for the time the kids were up. I think they should have paid at least 75-100.
