Government assistance. Her housing and utilities are paid for. Since its based on income. She gets food stamps, WIC and she gets maybe a 100 bucks a month fo child support

WTH kind of stress does she need a break from!? I would have said no. I would also tell her I’m doing her a favor by potentially keeping her from getting knocked up again.

If I'm understanding OP correctly, she was adopted out from birth. Sis maybe never got adopted out. OP got in contact with sis somehow (Facebook?), but has never met her birth parents.

Because only my dad adopted me. My mother is my birth mom. I know her because I would visit my bio paternal grandparents and would see her there while we were growing up Never saw her dad or her mom

No only I was adopted by my dad. She had both of her bio parents in her life. Ive never met them

Nope. I was adopted by my dad after he married my mom. I never met my bio dad or his wife. I only met sister through my bio paternal grandparents

We are not best buds by anymeans. We live about 10 mins apart and only really see each other in passing. I havent really talked to her or seen her since grandparents died.
