Whats for dinner 8/18/19?

Most of you probably have dinner figured out by now but we had an unscheduled event today.
Now I have no idea what to make. Im tired of pizza, chinese and burgers from a fast food restaurants.
So give me some ideas, what are you guys having?

I ended up making spaghetti sauce with pasta , salad and garlic bread.

I'm making a cheesy chicken vegetable casserole that is keto. It has chicken, cream cheese, ricotta ( I hate cottage cheese so I'm replacing it), zucchini, squash, onions, spinach, chicken, cheddar, parmesan, sour cream, and I'm going to throw in some mushrooms too.
