Made a concoction, don't know what to call it

Looks similar to my chicken noodle casserole. I use the cream of chicken with herbs and chicken broth as my base for the sauce. I cook my noodles with a box of chicken broth and add a 10oz bag of frozen peas and carrots, a bag of frozen pearl onions and shredded chicken from a store-bought rotisserie chicken. I had some herbs and pepper and combine and then put in my glass rectangular pan and bake at 350 for about an hour. If I remember and I have it on hand, I'll throw some frenches onions on top during the last 15 minutes.

I think she said hers was more like soup and didn't look appetizing.. lol!

A lot of people like broccoli cheese soup. I think it tastes horrible.

I don't like it either. Im not crazy about cheese sauce on my broccoli either.

While I was reading the ingredients, my stomach started making gurgling sounds like a volcano that is about to erupt.

Sometimes things taste better than they look, though.

I understand that we have all had to get dinner on the table quickly and / or when we have waited too long between food shopping trips. But to make an entire meal out of processed shit and then come here to tell us about it......that’s just disgusting. Anyone that would put that together and serve that to her family under normal circumstances really needs to take a nutrition class.

As long as it isn't a daily staple, I see nothing wrong with it. It is no different than buying fast food for a meal.
