I have no clue what to cook, I need ideas.

I have two options to pull out of the freezer:

sweet & sour pork chops for the slow cooker, rice and edamame for the sides.

meatloaf with roasted potatoes on the side.

IDK, I haven't decided yet!

Not cooking tonight. At the race track all day today and the high is in the 100s today. We’ll be hitting a drive thru somewhere.
