Fried catfish & ice cold watermelon. My pawpaw used to let me pick a watermelon from the garden in the morning. Mamaw would put it in the fridge all day while pawpaw took me fishing. We'd come home and eat the fish caught that day & have ice cold watermelon for dessert.
