She didn't wear it during her visit of the detention center.

She wore it before and after that visit and I do believe she had a goal in wearing that....it was a message to the media. Can't say I blame her, either but at the same time, she had to know (and I truly think she did know) that this would set off a storm on social media and in the news that she wore this thing.

The timing of wearing it wasn't the greatest IMO.

Personally I like the jacket, especially the line of it. And I love any type of jacket with a hood.
