The majority of the time I do. It's because eating out is so expensive. I do enjoy eating out though as a treat! What I like doing is trying to recreate meals I've enjoyed in restaurants at home. I started doing this over 20 years ago. It's a lot of fun. I actually took a Chinese cooking class, taught by the owner of a Chinese restaurant. When I don't feel like cooking I do have the occasional frozen TV dinner. Also I'm a big fan of leftovers, because I have multiple times a week when I can just heat them up and it's a true pleasure.

I made Shrimp Pad Thai, Taco salad bowls, Salmon Teriyaki and a Salmon pasta dish. There's more, but I can't remember now. There's others I look forward to trying too. I'll have to try to find the notes I took that are probably still in the bottom of my purse....lol..hugs wrote: ↑Sat Oct 06, 2018 8:51 pmThat sounds good,Seashell77 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 06, 2018 8:24 pmThe majority of the time I do.
