I wouldn't do that since waking up that early is punishment for me. I would just say idc if you made the mess or not. Your job today is clean the microwave. Next time it will be your father's. But it's not mine anymore.

Put "Daily Cleaning of the Microwave" on a weekly rotation schedule. Between the 3 of you, take turns (from one week to the next) being responsible for daily cleaning of it.
