Because the minority simply “criticizes” actions. And more often than not that criticism doesn’t come from facts, but for misinformation provided by those who do want to see Israel destroyed.
I definitely think Ilhan Omar isn’t “criticizing Israel’s actions”. She is anti-Semitic, her statements have been anti-Semitic. Saying that Israel is “brainwashing” the world and that American Jews are paying up to control policy isn’t a criticism of any REAL actions by anyone. It’s perpetuating the myth that Jews control money and government and that Israel is a villain seeking to murder innocent Palestinians. When her criticism is backed up by facts and reality, then by all means. It’s fair. As it is, it’s not so it’s antisemitism disguising itself as “anti-Israel’s policies”, which is the mask many antisemitic hide behind to be more acceptable.
And because of this, I’m sorry, but I would question the true intentions of anyone criticizing Israel, because so many true haters hide behind it to spread their message in a way that seems legit. I’ve encountered some people that I can say are just simply truly misinformed and misguided. But sadly, that’s not the majority, in my experience.

I really don’t think you can support people who call for the destruction of Israel and say “but don’t get me wrong, I’m not antisemitic!”
