Authorities have confirmed that a Jackson County resident discovered pipe bombs in his home.
The man, who lives in the home located in the 15,000 block of Big Ridge Road, came across a chest full of explosives inside the house. He claims the chest belongs to his former roommate, who just moved out.
The response to that call led to an investigation involving Biloxi Police Department’s Bomb Squad and Federal Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms agents.
Jackson County Sheriff Mike Ezell tells News 25 that the investigation has been turned over to the ATF.

I know. What makes it worse is they haven't been able to "find" the roommate. So, they don't know what he was planning to DO with it...if anything.

They (owner of house and roommate) won't admit to having planned anything...so far. But, why else would you have a chest of pipe bombs? Not logical.Who would keep a chest full of pipe bombs "just in case" ?
