I definitely hear what you are saying with that. We as a country have come such a long way from where we were in the past. We still have a ways to go, I feel. However, when people become hypersensitive it takes away from the overall goal. I feel there are definitely times when calling someone racist is called for, but more often times than not it is not. People are also more concerned and vigilant about what they say being misconstrued due to the hypersensitivity.
