Falsely reporting a hate crime should be considered a "hate crime" against the individuals or groups who were falsely accused. In this case, this gay African American actor was fabricating a conspiracy against white conservatives or Trump supporters. Why? He hates them.

Arrest, charge, and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. He needs to be made an example of, this type of fake hoax stirred up hate and faux outrage when he reported it.
