I find this hard to believe.
The oranges of the island are like blazing fire
Amongst the emerald boughs
And the lemons are like the paleness of a lover
Who has spent the night crying.

For right now I'm going with 50/50.

I am finding it hard to believe. But right now there are some people who have not just jumped off the deep end they have flown off the deep end.

When I was in high school my white friend wore a black dress to a school dance. We were in the bathroom together and 2 black girls came in. The one asked my friend what was she thinking wearing that? Didn’t she see the color of her skin? Was she racist?

My friend didn’t say anything, we just looked at each other and walked out. So I never knew if she was serious or not but that’s stuck with me as the most weird racist accusation I’ve ever heard.

I was accused of being racist once because I didn't know that Megan Markle was half black.

Looking at her all I see is a pretty lady, didn't occur to me to try and figure out anything else.

I’d probably just awkwardly laugh. How do you even respond to such nonsense?

I was in a store one day and the guy in front of me wanted black socks. Apparently, they were out of the ones he wanted (military clothing store). When he asked when they were getting more black socks in he whispered the black part. It was kinda funny. I laughed. He did too when he realized what he did.
