Getting an animal fixed doesn't prevent spraying

Wow, what a nightmare. I hope she does the right thing and takes good care of the puppy.

That is really fucked up.carterscutie85 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 13, 2018 11:20 amIt wasn't my cat. When BM said she was going to get rid of it, we assumed she'd take it to a shelter. She said she tossed it onto the street. It was fixed at that point, but that's still a terrible thing to do.Ilovemydaughter06 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 13, 2018 11:18 am So you just tossed the cat out, to over-populate the already too many cats that don't have a loving home, why couldn't you take the cat in to get fixed?
And then the kids got excited because it came back, so they took it way far out in the country and dropped it off.

Most cats are neutered and generally do not spray indoors. However, spraying can even occur with neutered males and spayed females, especially if you have waited to neuter a male cat after he has reached sexual maturity, by then, spraying may have become a fixed habit with him.Mar 25, 2017

Agreed!
When I was little my paternal grandfather (who was a retired cop) brought home three tiny kittens. Some asshole threw them out of their car and sped off. Grandpa was able to get the guys plate, but I don't know if anything came from it. My Grandma was able to save two of the kittens. One, the male, took to guarding the pigeon coop. He never went in, made sure nothing else got in either. The female made herself at home with the ponies.
I will never understand why you'd just let an animal go, its cruel.
