Where do you live that they've already built more reservoirs in just a little over a year? The infrastructure to build them is more than just digging another huge hole in the ground. They're talking about building a 3rd one here but it's going to take quite a long time between the city, counties, and army corps going back and forth.

Exactly! I'm in a west Houston suburb where they did open up a reservoir and I have countless friends who are just now back in their homes. My friends about 1/2 mile away are in the watershed and also got flooded, some just got back into their homes and some have moved out permanently. There have been no new reservoirs built. Was hoping the OP would come back and try to spew more nonsense. Even my friends up in Kingwood who flooded have no new reservoirs built up there.
