Elijah Gabriel, 7lbs 4oz, 18 inches long. Born at 2:56pm. He's perfect!

My labor came on this morning super fast. Went from no contractions to about every 10 minutes. Got to the hospital at 12:30 and was 7cm, didn't even have time for an epidural. Pushed for maybe half an hour. He came right out with one big gush of water. I cannot believe how fast he came. Once he was ready he was coming and that was it lol. He doesn't have a ton of hair but he has more than DS did by far.

Having had pitocin and not had it, 100% not having it is the way to go. I did have nitrous oxide which helped but it wasn't so bad going without the epidural.

He couldn't be more perfect. My niece took this shot of a family member holding him and it came out great!

aww he is a cutie! Sounds like the perfect labor and delivery. Congrats! Now I have baby fever.

Congrats! I think subsequent labors also just tend to be easier, pitocin or no.
