I see that as highly inappropriate. I think she should get in some type of trouble with a warning not to do it again. I don't think she needs fired right away. But if she is told not to do it and then decides to do it again, then yes, she should be fired after that.

That's what i am thinking and she is going to lose her job because is against the rules to post about a patient's on social media

Probably. If anyone knows her work locations, she essentially just told the whole internet that the house is now empty and available for robbing.
