It is all about HIM, not America which he is supposed to be leading and caring about.

Is he planing on going some place? Odds are he's not going anywhere soon. His mother lived to be 88 and his father to 93. But he's rich and doesn't pay his bills or taxes so the debt crisis won't affect him at all.
