I don't usually feel "old" although I do know I can't keep up in zumba and step class the way I used to be able... but I have seen obituaries for a few friends lately. That did make me feel the passage of time, and made me think about doing my "wish list" while I am still healthy.
Planning for travel in 2024 and 2025, and making sure I stay in shape so I can enjoy the trip!
