“Mr. Katkuri always thought he would be a Republican in America.
“Taxes, family values, these things are closer to our hearts,” he said. He likes Mitt Romney.
But when he got his citizenship in March and started talking with his friends about whom to vote for in the first election of his life, he realized it had to be Democrats. Mr. Trump helped him decide.
“The way he speaks, you get the feeling that you are separate,” Mr. Katkuri said. “This is not what we signed up for in America.”“
Perhaps the Republicans should take some of that good old fashioned personal responsibility they love to tout and consider the fact that their message and spokespeople are problems, and it’s their own fault they’re not appealing to this segment of American voters?

Bullfucking shit. We just turned out to vote blue. It was a concerted effort of the people living in VA fed the f**k up with the GOP F***ing over women and the state. The state has been turning blue for a long time. The GOP has lost its F***ing mind and doesn't represent reality anymore and people are walking away from the party. Maybe if the GOP came back towards the middle and became the party of the people and not just the party of the rich white folks and insane religious nutjobs, the GOP wouldn't have gotten its ass kicked in Virginia.

Demographics change, new immigrants come, old immigrants go. That's the way it's always been and someone has always been moaning about the newest immigrants. Nothing new.water<wine wrote: ↑Sat Dec 14, 2019 11:19 am

But I'm still the winner! They lied! They cheated! They stole the election!

Yes and they have a lot of other problems, too.
