15-12= 1 year 3 months. That is not too long to wait to start dating. I'm sorry but it just isn't. He could have waited.
OP said they had been separated for 9 months when she met him. Not 1 year 3 months.

I was talking about the amount of time it took for the divorce. He was separated for 9 months when she met him and she stated it tok another 6 months after that for the divorce to be final.
I just feel like when people are newly separated or divorced they should take time to heal and find themselves.

Criminal dockets can be seen online here and for whatever reason divorce proceedings are also on the same website that you'd search a criminal case for. So all I have to do is type in a name and date range and it will tell me if they've had a felony or a divorce, or if they'd been taken to small claims court. You can see everything-like the scanned copies of the divorce papers, etc.

I wouldn't forgive someone who tried to have my child taken away based on a lie due to their jealousy. Would I harp on it no but I wouldn't forgive them.

It's the same here. Criminal/divorce records are considered public knowledge, but they do block out social security numbers and addresses.
