I know you can't stop her from going; but I also know that I'd be just as worried as you are.
Can't he come visit HER instead of HER going to visit HIM?
If she's definitely going, I'd encourage her to meet him in a public place (like at a police station!) And I would encourage her to NOT be staying at his home/apartment. She should be staying at a hotel.
