Falsified documents so that he could come in -

His only concern for her was how she could help him gain access to the US

2) The caravan of 163 inundated DHS at 10:30 PM, the port of entry was closed and was 90 miles from the processing location, where there is medical personell
3) The father signed a doc that she was in good health.
4) While waiting to be transported to Lordsburg, New Mexico they had access to water and restrooms.
5) On the bus ride the girl appeared ill, was then taken to a hospital by helicopter, where she died within 24 hours. What more should the US have done?

When someon noticed she was she got help. She started to become ill on the bus ride. Her father even stated yesterday that they were treated well. What more could the border patrol have done. He said she was in good health and she started vomiting on the bus ride. She got a helicopter ride to a hospital. That’s more than what’s done for the homeless in this country.

they were told she was ill 90 minutes before she was airlifted to the hospital. so, they could have done that sooner.

once again, though, who is to blame really is not pertinent to my observation. the fact is that the reaction from the pro-life crowd to this child’s death has ranged from “meh, border patrol did their best” to “good, maybe it will deter other migrants from coming here” because y’all are not actually pro life.

The number one question left unanswered; why did her parents think it was a good idea to break multiple laws, and take her on a quest for illegal entry into the US? If anyone is to blame, it is the people who funded this 'caravan', and gave them false hopes. Want to immigrate into the US? Do the paperwork, file it, and wait like every other legal immigrant has done.

What's horrifying is the people who are using it for political gain, by smearing the BP.

The mainstream media's dominant narrative surrounding the young girl's untimely death places blame for the tragedy at the feet of U.S. Border Patrol and immigration officials, who are routinely painted in a negative light since Donald Trump became president.

In a statement, lawyers representing the family of Jakelin Caal Maquin dispute allegations that she had gone without food and water for several days, in addition to the charge that she had been traveling with her 29-year-old father, Nery Gilberto Caal Cuz, in the Mexico desert for days before being apprehended by U.S. immigration authorities.

In fact, Guatemalan Consul Tekandi Paniagua told CNN Saturday the young girl's father has "no complaints about how Border Patrol agents treated him and his daughter." Border Agents did everything in their power to help his daughter, he said, during a 90-minute bus ride to a Border Patrol station in New Mexico. It was on that trip that Jakelin became suddenly ill.

While Caal did not speak to media directly — he primarily speaks an indigenous Guatemalan, in addition to Spanish — his lawyers said he is "grateful for the many first responders that tried to save young Jakelin's life in New Mexico and Texas."
