You're right. I should have worded my statement better.
I meant a FLAT FEE in ADDITION to that 15% "failure fee."

Or...how about making it that points can't be robbed until the owner of them has had them in their possession for 24 hours!

With so many posts lately complaining about being robbed, I would support doing away with the game entirely.
