Because all the celebrities that said they would didn’t. People thought that they could just move to Canada and it’s not that simple. You have to apply for citizenship they don’t just let you walk in.

All those celebrities could have gotten in much easier than normal people.

If you move there, aren’t a dangerous felon and have millions of dollars... you’re in. Apply for citizenship and it is yours...
