Notice Bernie says there should be no billionaires, never no millionaires? how convenient for him.
Based on where incomes, cost of living and the housing markets are, millionaires are common. That’s not a problem.

Too big a gap between the richest and poorest can be a problem for democracy. We’re already seeing Amazon under Jeff Bezos, the richest man in the world, taking over retail while other retail stores are going bankrupt every day. Imagine if they become the only place to buy things and work? Small business owners can’t compete with Amazons low prices and one day delivery. A handful of people in charge of billions of our economy’s dollars can be a bad thing.
Its not Bezo's fault the market dictates this, Do you know who the market is ? You and me and people like us . If people didn't shop Amazon it wouldn't be so big and all consuming. He built his business on what the consumer wanted, just like Walmart , Kroger , Walgreens and other companies like them.

Our capitalist society has banned monopolies for a reason. Read about it.

Plus I’ve never even seen a Kroger and most of us do just fine without stepping foot into Walmart or Walgreens. These aren’t comparable to Amazon.

You know what competing with amazon has forced other companies to do? offer 2 day shipping, free returns and price matching. competition still exists, it benefits us.

That's fine. It's when these stores go bankrupt that the problems start and the economy collapses. Retail stores are currently closing down at record rates. There are malls deserted all over the country. Shopping malls empty. Major retailers gone. I personally hate shopping on Amazon and the sellers there don't offer the best prices.

online shopping is responsible, not amazon. if it weren't amazon, it would be someone else. malls are a thing of the past. big box stores and strip malls will be gone. there will always be some brick and mortar stores but they will likely be more "boutique"/specialty and service oriented or at the very least scaled down and more spread apart.

service/low skill jobs will be in short supply soon enough and the democrat's answer is import more unskilled labor to make it even harder to find work 🤷‍♀️ to be fair, republicans are smart enough to know immigration is a bad idea but also aren't coming up with any good solutions. so its an issue everyone needs to consider.

There are plenty of Kroger’s around me. I thought they were just a southern thing. I have Kroger’s and Publix’s. Those are the grocery stores around me. Where I grew up had other chains that I’ve never seen anywhere but there

I will absolutely vote for him over a corrupt president. Corruption will erode a democracy a lot faster than a president who dreams of a new Norway.

We will be electing a president, not a dictator. Trump is doing all he can to imitate a dictator and the congress who is supposed to step in on this type of behavior is paralyzed with fear right now of their own re-election. They are allowing it to happen.

Right now Republicans are trying to hide a foreign governments interference in our next election. And people are worried about what? Socialism? Our capitalism is going nowhere. Sanders isn’t trying to eliminate capitalism. Presidents aren’t that powerful.
I don't think or believe capitalism is going anywhere and I don't think it should. If president's aren't that powerful, why should we be afraid of Trump?

America is heading for hell in a snowball. I don't know how many times I have to say it. We need to get back to center. This far right and far left shit will bury us - just like Khrushchev predicted.
We need to end Trump because he’s appointing heads of departments based on their willingness to cover for him, not for their competence. . Barr and his misleading summary of the Mueller report. Congress blocking witnesses in an impeachment. Firing the director of intelligence for reporting on news he doesn’t like. All unprecedented. And all more than enough to vote out.

Anyone who claims Sanders would do more damage than Trump is wrong. You’ve seen the cult like following Trump has. That’s not a good sign in a democracy either. You have these people who will accept any lie, any deception put out there by him.

Will free state college pass if Bernie gets in? I doubt it but so what if it did. As for Medicare for all, it won’t pass. Taxes on billionaires? So what. What else is he talking about?
do you think bernie is only going to tax billionaires?

Then why is it that it is the very conservative Koch brothers are the ones promoting it?
