What kind of parent tells their child that they cannot play with balloons, kites, balls, or toy airplanes?

Either horrible, mean parents or loving, caring parents who happen to live in Israel near the Gaza Strip.

Why would caring parents instruct their children not to go near balloons, kites, and other toys? Because beginning in 2018, Palestinian terrorists began sending Gaza balloons and kites laden with explosives to harm Israelis, spark wild fires, and weaken Jewish morale.

Hamas has even established special units tasked with producing and launching them.

OMG. That is such a lie. Please educate yourself before making such comments. And not only are they false, but you’re justifying the targeting of innocent CHILDREN as understandably “fighting back”. How can you do that and then turn around and hug your own? It doesn’t matter what anyone does to you, even if your distorted views of history were true, that still isn’t an excuse to target and murder innocent children.

I’m shocked that there are people who see this as just “fighting back” for some false “injustice” and not as what it is: a terrorist act. This is meant to hurt and kill CHILDREN. How can anyone demean it as a “defense”? It’s appalling.
I wonder how they would react if, let’s say, white supremacías started handing out poisoned candy to children of minorities. They’ll be up in arms yelling “terrorism”. But somehow, when Palestinians do it, they’re just “fighting back”. Fighting BACK implies a previous, uncalled for attack. This isn’t fighting BACK, this is terrorism.
But we know some terrorists use that excuse for their actions, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised some people take that bait.
