A 12-year-old boy has been wounded in a shooting at an elementary school in Georgia and another child is in custody.

Rockdale County sheriff's deputies say deputies responded to Peek's Chapel Elementary School in Conyers at about 6:35 p.m. Friday and found the boy with a gunshot wound. I would be so pissed if someone’s kid got ahold of their gun and brought it to school and shot my kid. The parents should be charged.

My heart goes out to both these kids. I just can't imagine what it does psychologically to be shot at age 12 or to shoot someone at age 12.
