Several similar stories are coming out in Washington and Oregon. There was one in Spokane, at least one in Portland, and a few others.
The general consensus is that they are pulling information from social media or online background sites after getting the parents information. All of the stories offer similar descriptions of the people involved with one of the parties doing all of the talking and at times one waiting in the car.
